Hi,

​I am requesting AskGamblers mediation regarding a repeated delay and the subsequent unfounded decline of my withdrawal request. I have engaged with live support daily, receiving identical boilerplate excuses each time.

​Please note that no bonus funds were used, and the withdrawal was requested via the exact same payment method as my initial deposit.

Furthermore, I hold VIP status at this casino, which makes this severe lack of transparency and processing failure entirely unacceptable.

Something simply isn't adding up.
