Hi,

I am requesting AskGamblers mediation regarding a repeated delay and the subsequent unfounded decline of my withdrawal request. I have engaged with live support daily, receiving identical boilerplate excuses each time.

Please note that no bonus funds were used, and the withdrawal was requested via the exact same payment method as my initial deposit.

Furthermore, I hold VIP status at this casino, which makes this severe lack of transparency and processing failure entirely unacceptable.

Something simply isn't adding up.

Casino withdrawal delay

Hi. I've been waiting on 1400 dollars from Nomini since 6th september. And I'm not interested in delaying this any longer, because from experience they delay accepting withdrawals as long as possible. That's why I need help from askgamblers.

When I contact support they say I'm in line to get the withdrawal approved, but of course that makes no sense as they say it takes between 3-5 days to withdraw. Totally unacceptable and I expect it to be communicated as soon as possible after posting a thread here.

Delayed €421 withdrawal from Nomini Casino

I requested a withdrawal of €421 from Nomini Casino on August 27, 2026, via bank transfer.

I have used the same withdrawal method with Nomini several times before without any issues, and my previous withdrawals normally arrived in my bank account within approximately three days.

However, this withdrawal has still not been received. I have contacted Nomini several times by email but have not received a response. I have also contacted their live chat multiple times, but I am only being told that they are sorry for the delay and that I need to wait.

My account and bank details have previously been successfully used for withdrawals, so I do not understand the reason for the delay.

I would appreciate Nomini processing and paying my €421 withdrawal as soon as possible, or providing a clear explanation for why the payment has been delayed.

Today marks the fourth business day, and the withdrawal has still not been approved.

I have not received any request for verification or additional documents.

Live chat and support keep avoiding clear answers, providing only generic responses, and in some cases not replying at all.

I am becoming seriously concerned about the status and safety of my funds.

Self Exclusion request ignored

I am filing this official complaint against Nomini Casino for a severe violation of responsible gambling regulations and player protection policies. The casino has repeatedly ignored and refused my explicit requests for self-exclusion, allowing me to continue depositing despite knowing I suffer from a severe gambling addiction.1.

The Core IssueI have explicitly informed Nomini Casino's customer support team at least three times via email that I have a gambling addiction problem and urgently require a permanent self-exclusion. Furthermore, I have had numerous live chat conversations with operators and reached out to my assigned VIP Manager.

Instead of freezing my account immediately—as required by responsible gambling standards—the support operators continuously misled me. They repeatedly lied, telling me my request was placed on "priority answer," but I never received a response, and my account was left completely wide open.

Timeline of EventsFirst Self-Exclusion Email send: 24june — I explicitly stated I have an addiction and asked to be blocked. The casino ignored it.Second Email Sent: 30june — Reminded them of my situation. Ignored.Third Email Sent: 2julie — Warned them again.

Because Nomini Casino failed in its duty of care and legally neglected my immediate self-exclusion requests, I was able to continue depositing money while in a vulnerable state.Total amount deposited AFTER my first self-exclusion email: 22000kr around 2000Euro.

My Demands for ResolutionThrough the AskGamblers mediation service, I request that Nomini Casino:Permanently Close My Account immediately under the reason of gambling addiction, ensuring it can never be reopened.Refund All Deposits made after my first explicit self-exclusion email on 30june, totaling 22000kr.I have fully documented this entire process. I possess screenshots of all three sent emails with visible timestamps, as well as evidence of my subsequent deposits, which I am ready to provide to the AskGamblers team as proof.

Plus i asked the help agents to send me online chats and they refuse to send it for evidence.

Can you guys please help me? Its to much for me to handle somebody who never answear.

Withdrawal issue cancelled and delayed payout of the balance

My first withdrawal was pending for 5 days before it was eventually cancelled from the website side. I was like okay, and started withdrawal once again, and it is now pending for verification like the last time for already 4 days. I find this unacceptable, considering the previous cancellation and the lack of any fault on my side. I kindly request explanation for the continued delay and ask that my withdrawal be processed without any unnecessary waiting, also I expect clarification why published processing times are not being followed and what actions will be taken to prevent such issues in the future.

They closed my account after I made a withdrawal request

I deposited 180 euros in this casino to bet and play. After a few days of playing, my balance increased to 800 euros. I then requested a withdrawal and waited several days for it to be processed. After five days of waiting, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation.

It has now been 10 days since I submitted my withdrawal request. I have tried contacting their support team by email, but they keep replying that my inquiry has been forwarded, without providing any clear update.

I sincerely hope someone can help me contact them and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a pending withdrawal from Nomini Casino.

I submitted a withdrawal request on February 1 for the amount of €600. The request was approved, but I still have not received the funds.

I have contacted Nomini’s customer support several times, but they keep giving unclear explanations and no definite timeframe for when the payment will be processed.

They don't pay the money to my account

Nomini has been delaying my withdrawal, and the same answer I get every time: they are sorry and promise to tell the finance department to hurry up, but nothing happens.

I have got some money in my account, but now they dont pay and I don't get any answer from customer service. When I get an answer, they only say they are sorry and will prioritise my withdrawal, but nothing happens.

Almost two weeks passed, and then they just canceled the withdrawal, and then it was a new countdown for the money to be in my account

Not paying out withdrawals

Dear AskGamblers.

I have been waiting for a little over a week for Nomini to process my
withdrawals. I have been a client/player at this casino for almost a year, and to my disappointment, Nomini doesn't seem to be interested
in paying out my winnings now. Currently, I have 3 pending €500
withdrawals (the oldest being from 1.10.) with another €500 still in my account.

I tried to reach out to support many times, but at the end I only got
the same autogenerated response and no interest in solving any issue.

The third delayed withdrawal from Nomini Casino

Dear AskGamblers,

I am writing to submit a third complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from my account with Nomini Casino.

On August 10, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros, followed by another withdrawal of 500 euros on August 13 – totaling 1000 euros. As of today, August 30, I have still not received either payment.

I contacted Nomini’s live chat on August 25 and was informed that there had been a delay and that the withdrawal is still being actively processed. I was also told that a request had been sent to the financial department to speed up the process. While I appreciate the response, I am concerned that this is now the third time I have experienced significant delays with withdrawals.

Previously, I had to submit complaints via AskGamblers to receive my funds, and although Nomini eventually processed the payments, the repeated delays are causing considerable frustration and inconvenience.

I therefore kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my current withdrawals are processed without further delay. I also hope that Nomini will take steps to improve its withdrawal processing times to prevent similar issues in the future.
