They don't pay the money to my account

Nomini has been delaying my withdrawal, and the same answer I get every time: they are sorry and promise to tell the finance department to hurry up, but nothing happens.

I have got some money in my account, but now they dont pay and I don't get any answer from customer service. When I get an answer, they only say they are sorry and will prioritise my withdrawal, but nothing happens.

Almost two weeks passed, and then they just canceled the withdrawal, and then it was a new countdown for the money to be in my account
