The payment does not come since Tuesday, delaying tactics

Nomini has been delaying my withdrawal, and the same answer I get every time: they are sorry and promise to tell the finance department to hurry up, but nothing happens.

I have got some money in my account, but now they dont pay and I don't get any answer from customer service. When I get an answer, they only say they are sorry and will prioritise my withdrawal, but nothing happens.

Almost two weeks passed, and then they just canceled the withdrawal, and then it was a new countdown for the money to be in my account

I am writing to submit a third complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from my account with Nomini Casino.

On August 10, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros, followed by another withdrawal of 500 euros on August 13 – totaling 1000 euros. As of today, August 30, I have still not received either payment.

I contacted Nomini’s live chat on August 25 and was informed that there had been a delay and that the withdrawal is still being actively processed. I was also told that a request had been sent to the financial department to speed up the process. While I appreciate the response, I am concerned that this is now the third time I have experienced significant delays with withdrawals.

Previously, I had to submit complaints via AskGamblers to receive my funds, and although Nomini eventually processed the payments, the repeated delays are causing considerable frustration and inconvenience.

I therefore kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my current withdrawals are processed without further delay. I also hope that Nomini will take steps to improve its withdrawal processing times to prevent similar issues in the future.

I made a withdrawal request with this casino for $500 that I had won on the 16th of June 2025 and after waiting the stated 3 business days for it to be processed I contacted customer support multiple times and got the same answers that I've seen on other people's complaints about this casino on this site.

I know I haven't breached any terms and conditions because I always read them very carefully before playing at any casino, and when I've checked the KYC section, it says there is nothing for me to do for verification.

This is by far the worst experience with any casino I've played with up until now.

Withdrawal submitted 10th of June for 500 eur.

After waiting 3 business days as stated in their terms and conditions for it to be processed it is still in review status.

Sent numerous emails and chats.

I keep getting the response it’s due to an unexpected delay.

When I asked what the delay was they said they said they are not part of the team and don’t know.

I thought myself maybe to do with verification but when I went to try says no.

I verified fully Nomini account some time ago (all docs, photos, selfie, bills etc) then I made a withdrawal which were pending around 30 days, and suddenly my account was closed from day to day without any explanations.

Here is no response on my mail, I can't even contact with live support.

It's not big amount - 624 €, is it worth to take this money? Waiting for this case to be solved.
