The casino is delaying the payment for a second week

On February 2, I wanted to withdraw PLN 900, but when I tried to withdraw it (using all methods), a message appeared that I had to make a deposit Wager X1, even though I had made a deposit turnover a long time ago (PLN 50 deposit).

I contacted the live chat, but they couldn't do anything, they sent me an e-mail to support. Then a manual withdrawal was promised (due to a technical problem) Almost two weeks have passed, the casino has my transfer details, there is nothing stopping me from ordering a withdrawal to my bank account. Especially since I have already withdrawn money from them 2-3 times.

Every few days I ask live chat to finalize the transaction, unfortunately, I'm dismissed (they say the same, everything has already been reported, I have to wait because there is no update). I've been waiting for 2 weeks now, my patience has run out.

They closed my account after I made a withdrawal request

I hope this message reaches to the nomini casino management

I deposited 180 euros in this casino to bet and play. After a few days of playing, my balance increased to 800 euros. I then requested a withdrawal and waited several days for it to be processed. After five days of waiting, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation.

It has now been 10 days since I submitted my withdrawal request. I have tried contacting their support team by email, but they keep replying that my inquiry has been forwarded, without providing any clear update.

I sincerely hope someone can help me contact them and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Delayed payment Nomini 600 euro

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a pending withdrawal from Nomini Casino.

I submitted a withdrawal request on February 1 for the amount of €600. The request was approved, but I still have not received the funds.

I have contacted Nomini’s customer support several times, but they keep giving unclear explanations and no definite timeframe for when the payment will be processed.

They don't pay the money to my account

Nomini has been delaying my withdrawal, and the same answer I get every time: they are sorry and promise to tell the finance department to hurry up, but nothing happens.

I have got some money in my account, but now they dont pay and I don't get any answer from customer service. When I get an answer, they only say they are sorry and will prioritise my withdrawal, but nothing happens.

Almost two weeks passed, and then they just canceled the withdrawal, and then it was a new countdown for the money to be in my account

Not paying out withdrawals

Dear AskGamblers.

I have been waiting for a little over a week for Nomini to process my
withdrawals. I have been a client/player at this casino for almost a year, and to my disappointment, Nomini doesn't seem to be interested
in paying out my winnings now. Currently, I have 3 pending €500
withdrawals (the oldest being from 1.10.) with another €500 still in my account.

I tried to reach out to support many times, but at the end I only got
the same autogenerated response and no interest in solving any issue.

I find the situation where the support refuses to give me clear
answers about the status of my withdrawals absolutely unacceptable.

I expect a swift answer regarding this matter.

The third delayed withdrawal from Nomini Casino

Dear AskGamblers,

I am writing to submit a third complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from my account with Nomini Casino.

On August 10, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros, followed by another withdrawal of 500 euros on August 13 – totaling 1000 euros. As of today, August 30, I have still not received either payment.

I contacted Nomini’s live chat on August 25 and was informed that there had been a delay and that the withdrawal is still being actively processed. I was also told that a request had been sent to the financial department to speed up the process. While I appreciate the response, I am concerned that this is now the third time I have experienced significant delays with withdrawals.

Previously, I had to submit complaints via AskGamblers to receive my funds, and although Nomini eventually processed the payments, the repeated delays are causing considerable frustration and inconvenience.

I therefore kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that my current withdrawals are processed without further delay. I also hope that Nomini will take steps to improve its withdrawal processing times to prevent similar issues in the future.

I am writing to file a second complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from my account with Nomini. I previously requested a withdrawal of 500 euros on June 24, 2025, and after contacting your team, I received the funds. However, I am facing a similar issue again.
On July 21, 2025, I requested another withdrawal of 500 euros. As of today, August 7, 2025, I have not received the funds. I contacted Nomini's customer support via live chat on August 4, 2025, and was informed that there was a delay in processing my withdrawal. Despite their assurance that the issue would be resolved promptly, I have yet to receive my money.
I am deeply concerned about the repeated delays and the lack of resolution. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Delayed withdrawal since end of June

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from my account with Nomini. I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros on June 24, 2025, but as of today, July 18, 2025, I have not received the funds.
I contacted the bookmaker's customer support via live chat on July 7, 2025, and was informed that there was a delay in processing my withdrawal. Despite their assurance that the issue would be resolved, I have yet to receive my money.

Withdrawal request still pending since June 16th

I made a withdrawal request with this casino for $500 that I had won on the 16th of June 2025 and after waiting the stated 3 business days for it to be processed I contacted customer support multiple times and got the same answers that I've seen on other people's complaints about this casino on this site.

I know I haven't breached any terms and conditions because I always read them very carefully before playing at any casino, and when I've checked the KYC section, it says there is nothing for me to do for verification.

This is by far the worst experience with any casino I've played with up until now.

Withdrawal stuck in review

Withdrawal submitted 10th of June for 500 eur.

After waiting 3 business days as stated in their terms and conditions for it to be processed it is still in review status.

Sent numerous emails and chats.

I keep getting the response it’s due to an unexpected delay.

When I asked what the delay was they said they said they are not part of the team and don’t know.

I thought myself maybe to do with verification but when I went to try says no.

Account closure and balance confiscated

I verified fully Nomini account some time ago (all docs, photos, selfie, bills etc) then I made a withdrawal which were pending around 30 days, and suddenly my account was closed from day to day without any explanations.

Here is no response on my mail, I can't even contact with live support.

It's not big amount - 624 €, is it worth to take this money? Waiting for this case to be solved.
