Not paying out withdrawals
Dear AskGamblers.
I have been waiting for a little over a week for Nomini to process my
withdrawals. I have been a client/player at this casino for almost a year, and to my disappointment, Nomini doesn't seem to be interested
in paying out my winnings now. Currently, I have 3 pending €500
withdrawals (the oldest being from 1.10.) with another €500 still in my account.
I tried to reach out to support many times, but at the end I only got
the same autogenerated response and no interest in solving any issue.
I find the situation where the support refuses to give me clear
answers about the status of my withdrawals absolutely unacceptable.
I expect a swift answer regarding this matter.
I want to solve this issue as soon as possible.
