Hi, I deposit 800 EUR on Nomini and I play I make 1600 EUR, I request withdrawal and ask for my documents and I send and approved, but I see my account is closed and I receive only my deposit 800 EUR.

Why closed my account and why not receive 1600 EUR?

I make a wager I play live casino, I no receive any reason why my account is closed and why only 800 EUR give back to me.

Along with the previously returned deposit of 800 EUR, that should constitute the owed amount. The payment has been processed from our side today and it should arrive at your account shortly. However, the account is to remain closed according to the following article from our Terms and Conditions:

3.11 We reserve the right to deny opening of an account or close an existing account without prior notice or justification.
