Deposited money using net banking amount deducted but not credited to my account
I had deposited money to nomini using net banking on 8-dec-2020(as per my time zone 9th dec 2020), money got deducted from my bank account but was not credited to my nomini account, I reached out to nomini support, they said their relevant department is looking into it and email me back with details within 2 days, I also reached out to my bank and they reached out to payment gateway provider that processed transaction, they confirmed that transaction was settled to nomini account, today their support are saying my money was not received and that's it, these all day they fooled me asking me to wait and that their relevant department was working on it and all.. I want to make sure that casino don't do these kind of false behaviour with player and their deposit
