Delayed verification process
The casino states fast withdrawal procedures so that's why I decided to play on this site. After submitting my first wd request on the 23.10, I received an email to verify my account 3 days later by the finance department. They requested an amount of documents that I immediately transmitted. After that, I received another request for documents and the same selfie, holding my payment card in front of the Nomini website.
Sending them another email with documents, you get an automated message that this will be handled within 3 working days.. So by now I am waiting since 6 days and the wd's are still pending.
Btw all documents fulfilled KYC standards as this isn't the first casino I'm playing.
Please remove the "fast withdrawals" from marketing messages as this is definitely misleading. Waiting for an update on this and then to see if this casino will be an option for future gameplay or not.
