Nomini Casino - Account with pending withdrawal blocked for no reason

Hello,

I made my first deposit in nomini casino at 27 of July with 100% first deposit bonus (80 PLN).
I have succesfully waggered the deposited ammount and requested a withdrawal (400 PLN) which was accepted (see attached screenshots).

Yesterday when I tried to log into my account I received message that my account has been blocked upon my request (of course I did not request it).

I have tried to contact support but only thing that I have received is the email in which they are saying that soon I will receive email from the proper department.

Quickly speaking - account has been blocked for no reason with a pending withdrawal on it.

At this point I want to highlight that nomini is the partner casino of fezbet in which my winnings were canceled (I have been accused of breaking casino rules which is not true). Additionally they blocked few other accounts of mine (all those casinos are partner group) with active first deposit bonuses.

During the mentioned above check, it was recognized, that the next point of Terms was violated, 11.6: "The term ‘Promotion abuse’ includes, but is not limited to: Delaying any bonus free spins, bonus rounds or game payout until after the wagering requirement is met."

As follows, our Administration decided to close your account permanently, due to a fact of the severe violation of the Terms&Conditions of the website.
"6.24 Nomini Casino has the right to block an account, as well as to cancel payments and deposits in case of suspicion of fraudulent activity at any point in time. Moreover, the casino has the right to notify the relevant authorities about fraudulent payments and illegal activities."

Hello,

I would like to admit that required wagering was complished, so how I would be able to "Delay any bonus free spins, bonus rounds or game payout until after the wagering requirement is met" if i finished this first deposit bonus succesfully?

Hello,

You are removing screenshots added in 2nd paragraph (https­:­/­/p­­rnt.sc­­/t­s­k­tl5).

You are also adding words to the terms of your casino.

In point 11.6 there are not such a words "The term ‘Promotion abuse’ includes, but is not limited to:"

In point 11.6 there are only words : "Delaying any bonus free spins, bonus rounds or game payout until after the wagering requirement is met."

I do not know why you are refering to this point if i succesfully waggered deposited money.

Sorry, point 11 contains these words, however I have no clue why this points has been highlighted if deposited amount was succesfully waggered.
