Hi everyone, I started playing on this bookmaker, until I lost my games and it all went well but when I started winning things they changed. I did 2 times request for withdrawal for 500 €, they were fast paying. The problem started when I applied for the third time! They began to ask me many documents for identity verification. I sent it all by email, they even asked for a selfie with a document in hand. After all these checks by email, I was asked to send all the documents by mail. I also did this, I sent all the documents by mail. The problem is that they gave me 2 times a possibly non-existent address. Mail documents have never arrived at their home. This problem is the same as many other players. I ask you ASKGAMBLERS to help me fix this problem. I would like to draw from my account of about € 3,100
