I made withdrawal request of MAX USD on 28 June 2012 03:50 AM after playing on and wagering the 2805% bonus on deposits of 25 - 250 .

I submitted the requested ID docs and later my neteller account but still have not received the payment of my winnings.

The support system keeps referring me to the original ticket which still remains open with no progress.

They did not reply at all to the ticket,and not reply E-mail at all.
