No Customer Service from Slotastic Casino on Withdrawal Request

I have been playing at this casino for over a year. Mostly small deposits, but consistent every month. I got a bonus no deposit coupon for 50 and ended up winning $250. I went to withdraw and was told I had to provide all kinds of documentation including the credit card I deposited with. Of course, I didn't use a credit card because it was a bonus but I finally gave them a copy of the only credit card I had. They then insisted that I provide them with copies of two other credit cards, both of which were lost in August in the parking lot of a local WalMart. I reported this to both credit card companies at that time and received two replacement cards, one of which was the one I gave the information to the casino on. I wrote to them explaining why I couldn't furnish copies of the front and back of these two cards. Since then they have refused to respond to any of my emails. This is the second time I've gone through this garbage with an online casino. They won't be getting any more of my money.

 Never heard back anything else from the player, after posting this complaint, so it can be considered solved!
