Emu Casino - Taking ages to verify my account, stalling my payment
Australian owned ??? I started playing this website they were more than happy to take my money from the credit card, just before end of financial year they upgraded they website however couldn't transfer my funds round $430. For the last month I have been trying to get my verification and to say they are less than cooperative is an understatement. I have sent them My driving licence , passport copy, marriage certificate, utility bill and the still can not verify my account. Customer service is a joke an you cant really get any answers, during all this time I am trying t verify my account not once did anyone call me (I have tried calling the Sydney office number they have on the website and have not once been able to get through )Apperantly they payment are processed by a third party???? Panda Media with offices based in Malta and they advertise themselves an Australian owned company. I just can not believe that this people are legally allowed to take money from hard working volnurable people (I started playing this casino after my dad passed away) and are able to get away with it. Its not even about the money any more the stress and time I have wasted with them is much more than this $430, Do not play this casino and throw your money away they are not nice people. I will be calling my bank to find out how they could have this site as a secure site which it obviously isn't.
