Winning funds not available for withdraw

I have a New account with Nitrobet and m'y account was Fully verify and approuved but my winnings of 400 CAD are not available on their withdrawal section. My real balance is $400 CAD and I did not use bonuses that require wagering amount.


KYC service approuved my identity verification. I double checked by writing email to kyc@ni­tro­bet­cas­ino.com and they confirmed the validity of m'y account. Here's their answer

I already opened a ticket 2 Days ago for this matter through the live chat and no live agent are available to help. I received email for the reception of my ticket with ticket number #1883 that I will attach below. After reading the kyc@ni­tro­bet­cas­ino.com email that I copy paste here I wrote another email to suppor­t@n­itr­obe­tca­sin­o.com about this matter and im not receiving any answers about this issue. I Will attach files of screenshot if my Nitrobet problems showing m'y balance and the widrawal problem

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention.

We have reviewed the player’s case and can confirm that the account has been successfully verified. The player’s funds have not been confiscated and remain available on the casino balance, but they are not yet eligible for withdrawal.

The reason why the withdrawal is currently not available is that the standard deposit wagering requirement has not yet been completed.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, clause 5.6, as a prevention of money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal can be made. In addition, clause 6.3 states that a withdrawal request will not be processed until all wagering requirements have been met.

Regarding the player’s question about previous deposits, each deposit creates its own wagering requirement. If a previous deposit has already been fully played and lost, it does not create an additional wagering requirement for a future deposit. A new deposit creates a wagering requirement only for that new deposit, according to the applicable x3 turnover rule.

The player has already been informed by email about the reason why the withdrawal is currently not available. Once the required wagering on the relevant deposited funds is completed, the player will be able to request a withdrawal normally.

I finally received answer from Nitrobet saying that I need to bid 3 Times the amount of deposit before being able to make a withdrawal. Here's their response email.

As per the terms and conditions, each deposit must be wagered in full three times before it can be withdrawn

My reply to this is the following:
Have a question. If bidding requirement is not met for a deposit does the requirement disapear when a second deposit is made or the requirement for the first deposit Will still be required. Let's Say my first deposit is $100 and I need to bid $300 ans Let's Say only bid $150 is the $150 requirement is remaining and over next $100 deposit that would have to required bids for a value of $450 or it reset to $300?
