It has been about one week since I submitted my withdrawal request, but it has still not been processed.

According to your terms and your AI support, withdrawals are supposed to be completed within two days.

Additionally, I have contacted you multiple times, but I have not received any response from your agents, which is causing me serious trouble.

The amount is approximately €4,800.
