Withdrawal request blocked since August 4th
Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding Neon Casino.
On August 4th, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €500. According to the casino’s own terms, withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 3 business days.
However, despite contacting the casino support several times by email, I have only received vague or repetitive answers with no concrete resolution. It feels like I am being given excuses rather than a clear processing date.
As of today, my withdrawal is still pending.
I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal request, email exchanges with the casino, and proof of my account verification.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist me in getting my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.
