I currently have a balance of €4,000 on my account, which I have been attempting to withdraw for several months. Despite repeated attempts, my withdrawal requests have been continuously rejected or delayed, often with automated or generic responses such as
"please wait three business days" or "your data was not entered correctly."
A scheduled withdrawal of €500 is currently pending, but I want to make it explicitly clear that I do not accept partial withdrawals. I demand the full withdrawal of my account balance (€4,000) in a single transaction.
The main issue is that I was previously informed that account verification is not required, yet I was never given the option to complete KYC verification. I requested verification multiple times, but this option was never made available.
Despite this, my withdrawal attempts continue to be delayed without valid justification.
I have documented all communications, withdrawal attempts, automated responses, and other relevant evidence. I am requesting that Neon54 process my full withdrawal immediately. Failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue to Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and the Curacao regulatory authority.
