My account has been blocked for months with a pending withdrawal. They asked for my IBAN to send the money, but it still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting for months for a response and they haven't replied. I need an immediate answer because it makes no sense to block my account without reason. I expect a prompt response because they haven't contacted me for months and haven't responded.
