Withdrawal blocked every time
Hello,
I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings from Neon54 since July 6th using a bank transfer.
So far, I have submitted three separate withdrawal requests:
July 6th – canceled on July 7th
July 7th – canceled on July 8th
July 8th – canceled on July 9th
Each one was canceled exactly on the second day with the same reason: “technical error.”
I contacted live chat multiple times, and the replies were always vague – "wait a bit", "we’re escalating", or that my VIP manager would handle it. One chat agent even told me that the withdrawal was already processed, which turned out to be false.
I also sent three emails (including one marked as a complaint), but I’ve received no reply for more than 24 hours. I even asked if any documents were needed to process the withdrawal – no answer.
What’s frustrating is that while my withdrawal keeps getting canceled, I still receive bonus offers and promo emails from the casino, so clearly, the system works when it comes to deposits and offers.
I have everything documented – screenshots of withdrawals, emails, and chat transcripts. I can share all of it if needed
I’m simply asking for fair processing of my withdrawal and proper communication.
