Tournament win of €750 not credited yet and delayed payout of €800 for 7 days
Hi there. I won an amount of 750 Euros with a tournament the casino offered. The price should have been credited within 72 hours, but has not been credited yet. The Tournament run out last week on Sunday, 9 days before.
Second item is a delayed cashout of 800eur (see Photo below). It was made last Tuesday, 7 days before. The live chat and email Support could not help me, only standard answers. I hope you can help me with both items worth 1550 in total.
