I finished the 10K- Tournament in 5th Place for 600 Euros Cash with no wagering requirements, which should have been credited within 72 hours after tournament ended. Now it’s 10 days after it ended.
Until now it has not been credited. The chat and the support via email did not help me to solve that problem finally.
I hope we can solve the problem here together.
