Money lost without even played a single spin


IT is a decent looking new casino from what I saw. So I decided to give a shot. Read T&C and it mentioned first deposit bonus required a $CAD 20 to active, so I decided to made a deposit of CAD$25 to try it out. I was automaticly lead to a toy claw game right after my deposit was succesfully sent from my bank. I had no idea why I was there and what I needed to do. All I saw was that I was the 5th in the line to play the game. So I waited in the line for about 5 mins before I finished my attempts (failed to grab a toy). BTW, I still had no idea what would happen if I grabed a toy. All I knew was, after finished play that game, I noticed: 1. I only had $15 left($10 went missing) in my cash balance. 2. I did not see the match bonus and free spins bonus in my account either.
So, I decided to talk to live chat about my issues. The lady added the match bonus and spins into my account after our conversation. I had to refreash my browser in order to see those bonus in my account. But I also realized same action closed the live chat page compeltely. So I started another live chat section because I still missing $10 from my cash balances. During the conersation with second supporter James, he told me I used $10 to played toy grab games. I then checked my account history, did see two trasction of $5 bets played and lost. But, in fact I never played either of those game at all!!! Both bets was said placed at 2:10pm, while my accsual toy grab game was played at 2:11(used a free attemps came from welcome bonus). Please remember, there was 5 players on the waiting list to play the game when I entered the room, and each game takes about 1 mins to be finished, I am not sure how I could able to manage fininsh 3 games within 1 min when there was two players on the waiting list behinded me when it was my turn to play the game. The wrost part was, althought it was so obsverisly that it was not possible for me to physically play those games within such a short peirod of time( I never played either of those two game). Our friendly supportor James refused to take any of his important time with me, just told me that there was no way for him to give me back my money and closed our conversation right after. And I just lost $10 from my cash balance before I even started to play. How sad it is?

Withdrawal delayed beyond stated processing time
I am submitting this complaint due to delayed withdrawals at Neon54 Casino that exceed the casino’s stated processing time, with no concrete explanation or timeframe provided.

Withdrawal details:
• 5,000 NOK requested on December 10, 2025 at 23:34
• 5,000 NOK requested on December 12, 2025 at 08:39
• 5,000 NOK requested on December 13, 2025 at 08:18

According to Neon54’s withdrawal policy and repeated confirmations from their support team, withdrawal requests are processed within 0–3 business days, excluding weekends.

The withdrawals from December 10, 12 and 13 are now overdue.

Verification status:
Although my account stated that verification was not required, I proactively sent full KYC documentation on December 11, including:
• Utility bill (address verification)
• Passport
• Proof of deposit from my bank
• Photo of the payment card used (with sensitive details masked)

On December 12, Neon54 support confirmed in writing that:
• My withdrawals were correctly queued
• Verification was not required
• Processing time is 0–3 business days

Despite multiple follow-ups via live chat and email, I have received only generic responses. On December 17, Neon54 explicitly stated in writing that they do not have a specific date for processing the withdrawals.

As of today the 18th of December the withdrawals in question are still marked as "processing"

No concrete timeframe has been provided, and no withdrawals have been paid so far.

Summary:
• Withdrawals exceed the casino’s stated processing time
• Verification has been confirmed as not required
• No rule violations have been alleged
• No specific processing date has been given despite repeated requests

I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this matter and ensure my withdrawals are processed.
