Delayed withdrawal processing
I had made a withdrawal request for INR 40,000 with the casino on 8th Jan. Casino's policy says they process all withdrawals within 3 business days. It has been 17 days of making the request and my withdrawal has not been processed as of now. As per their terms and conditions, I wrote to support and when issue was not resolved by them, I escalated it to the complaints team. Issue still remains unresolved. Their online support has standard response that they have forwarded my issue to the financial department. However, they do not know anything with regard to reason for delay and a timeline within which my withdrawal will be processed.
