Have 3 withdrawals made 14 days ago.
They say they will process withdrawals in 1-5 days. Haven't even received confirmation that the withdrawal has been approved.
Every time I write to chat I get the same stupid reply back and they say they will send an prioritized email to the withdrawal office without anything new happening.
I'm used to my withdrawals coming in anywhere from 1 hour to 2/3 days so this seems a bit suspicious.

Thank you so much for your help, I got 1500€ today.
I have withdrawn the last 400€ now and would appreciate it if they are also approved today so I don't have to wait 2 more weeks for them.
