Hello! So I've been playing with this casino for a long time. Fortune finally favored me with their reload bonus, when I 17.9.2019 deposited 200 euros and get the 50 euros bonus. After wagering the bonus I had 4091 euros. Then I made a withdrawal but the next day my account was closured. I went to ask and the customer service representative told me it was just a routine check.
I have not received any information from the casino after that and I ask multiple times always same answer. I have sensed them email but they won't answer and on the chat they will check my account soon but nothing happens. So now I can't get my money and they don't even answer to me.
