Casino closed my account with my winning

Hello! So I've been playing with this casino for a long time. Fortune finally favored me with their reload bonus, when I 17.9.2019 deposited 200 euros and get the 50 euros bonus. After wagering the bonus I had 4091 euros. Then I made a withdrawal but the next day my account was closured. I went to ask and the customer service representative told me it was just a routine check.
I have not received any information from the casino after that and I ask multiple times always same answer. I have sensed them email but they won't answer and on the chat they will check my account soon but nothing happens. So now I can't get my money and they don't even answer to me.
I would really miss your help. Ask for more information if needed! Unfortunately I don't have any attachment because I can't log in there. My nick name is jaaramies.

100 NZD never credited into my account

I joined Mychance casino by clicking their link provided on your website(askgamblers.com) on 15 May 2025.

I made a deposit via Neteller of $100 NZD. The money never appeared in my casino account.

The support at casino told me to wait till 72 hours. After 72 hours passed I was told to wait till 4-5 days. Back n forth emails and live chats with the casino Kelley demanding deposit evidences and kept me waiting.

The money was neither refunded nor it ever appeared into my casino account. I received an email from Mychance that they are closing down on 30/05/2025 which means I will never see my money now.

Refusing to refund my funds

After I deposited money they closed my account because of my complaint to the support staff. They closed my account without a warning and refusing to refund my last deposit money that I never got the chance to use the money or withdraw it. It’s not winning money that they can confiscate. This is the money that I deposited to my account.

False Advertising and Wrong Amount Bonus given

They sent me an email offer of 50% up to 150. I made a deposit of 300 in order to receive a full amount of 150. I was credited 75 bonus.

I complained and they said the max deposit is 150 so they only give 75 as a bonus.

Both chat reps would not budge, as well as customer support via email.

After checking your account and the bonus you are referring to, it is indeed a bonus of 50% on deposits of the maximum amount of $150, which would result in you receiving as bonus money the amount of $75, which is what has been credited to you. The terms can sometimes be misleading but this is the offer we currently have at the moment, we do not have an offer on deposits of $300 for the time being.

Please accept our apologise for the inconvenience caused.
