Hello! I won an amount of 1263 euro at lapalingo for over 1 month ago, did as i was told (uploaded all documents) i tought. Was wating for the money to come to my 11/4 bank acc, after 1 week still no money. I went back to talk with chat, where i heard that some documents was missing picture of my creditcard wich i uploaded the 20/4. The 23/4 i went back to ser whats up with my withdraw and here starts the hell for me. The support told me that my withdraw was cancelled during the lack of documents wich i totally understands. But what i dont understand is that i was told the same day that my withdraw was edited "last night" 22/4. I was waiting a Couple of day to give the transfer some time. When i went back again the other support told me that his colluege missed to write down that my ccard was accepted. Gave them some more Days and went back, they now tells me that my withdraw was accepted the 11/4 And i need to Contact my bank. I did as i was told and my bank both international and local tells me there is no transfers from lapalingo and there is not even any transfers at all at this sertain amount of money. Please guys help me out with this cus i've lost my patiance with lapalingo.

Hi! As i've told you guys over 10 times now i've checked all my history from the last 3 months and my bank did to, there is no withdraws from your casino. In the email you guys just sent me its my IBAN. And im gonna have an meeting with the bank today and discuss how to solve this. Becuse you guys tells me you paid out and the bank tells me that there is no banktransfers on this amount of money from your payment ID. And as it says in the post and even on the printscreen i attached i did. Ur staff even confirms that they missed to mark my creditcard as proofed between the 20-23/4 so please explain for all of us how you guys still can tell me that its paid out correct? And if you take a look at the first picture you can see the proof that there was something wrong with the first transfer and my money was back at my lapalingo acount around the 22/4 and that someone on your site booked an new transfer the 22/4.
Waiting for my money and hope you guys solves this quick. Cus an sorry is not enough in this situation.
