First gave me wrong information on live chat and then punished me for their mistake with insane wagering


Everything started when I made a deposit on babe.casino. It was a bonus where I got 200% on my € 125deposit so a €250 bonus. The wager on the bonus is X40, so thats € 10000. everything went well got my bonus and i started playing. Won quite a bit in a few hours played. so I asked the chat to find out how much i had wagered, since I coud not see in on the site. In the chat I talk to a girl whom I have learned later that she was new at work. I get in response to my question, that I have no turnover left. Nice i think and try to withdraw but there is still a bonus on my account so I cant. I ask her again if she is sure that my wagering is done and she tell me yes again. So i ask her if i cancel this bonus i can make a withdraw of all my money? And she answers yes. I cancel the bonus and my € 1464.75 disappears. She then asks me to turn to support. where I get in response that there is nothing to do they can not fix my bonus back. I write that they must be able to solve it and they set me in contact with the founder of babe.casino. which fixes a new bonus. where I get my € 1460 back but with a turnover of X45 on the whole amount. that is, € 65700. And i had already wagered € 6641 of € 10000 on the original €250 bonus.So i ask here how can you give me a new bonus with an insane wagering when i have done nothing wrong just done what the live chat had told me to do. She tells me that this is what we can do and I seem like such a good player that i should manage it. How can i be good at a game of luck and why do i get punished with an insane amount of wagering on the money i already had?
