Not replying and not paying out

I made a withdrawal of 800 eur on March 8th. My account was verified already as I have opened it in 2018. Three days after the withdrawal I wrote an email to support to inquire aboute the status of my withdrawal. They replied telling me that withdrawal takes about 3-5 business days. I did not receive anything so I decided to write another email on March 15th. After that I haven't heard from them back. I wrote one more email but still nothing. The status of my withdrawal is still showing as Withdrawal Request (I have attached the screenshot). It seems that they are ignoring me and not planning to pay out. I don't know how I can get in touch with them. They don't have live chat and there is no telephone number to contact them.
