Refusing to pay my €240 winnings

I was requested a withdrawal of 240 euro 2 months ago and the payment was never completed.
In communication with their support via mail i was keep getting this mail :

Thanks for your email to Babe Casino, we're always happy to be of assistance.
Thank you, we are confirming we have got your withdrawal request 13984619135, our Payments team will get back to you as soon as possible.

They never contacted me so i cancelled my withdrawal and asked for it again at 4/2/2019.
No response until now and no reply to my mail anymore.

Non-payment of winnings

For several months I have been trying to recover money, I have repeatedly deposited and withdrawn, the account is verified and not duplicated. I deposited my last $ 3 money with skrill and won $ 50 - I ordered my skrill withdrawal back. Always max a few hours and here the contact broke off, as long as it worked, I wrote but to no avail and no answer. I have a screenshot and history of previous and recent transactions. Nevertheless, no one answers me or the e-mail and the home page is no longer working. I am asking for help and support 🙏🆘

Casino glitch

Hello,i deposited on babe casino 55$ a week ago,and i can't play none of the slots they have on any provider. I tried to withdraw my funds back in to my bank account and i sent them the documents in order to verify my account and be able to withdraw,But no answer from the casino.Also i tried to send them an email and also no response from the casino.They have no live chat and i think the casino is a scam.Now my 55$ are stucked in the balance and i can t use them. Hi, there so I made a Deposit on the 16th of April And Because they went down Guess to do stuff to the casino.
well now since they are back up again I am unable to play games I have contacted casino I am just Not getting any Replies, at all.
I am trying... my Best to explain Problem, they Just will have no contact so I made a withdrawal and when I checked today, it's still pending. All the Documents Have Been Done I always do documents Before I play that way if I do win things can go smoothly.

Delayed withdrawal and impossible contact

I deposit 100€ with 300% Bonus. Problem: Couldnt spin every Slot,..maybe technical issue or other reason. Dont know, but any help or reactions from the support Team ! They have only their own Mailsystem or email possible, NO Live chat anymore. It seems like nobody is working there ! After two days i canceled the Bonus and withdraw the 100€. Nohting happens now ... No contact.. Nothing ! What is going on there ?!

Not replying and not paying out

I made a withdrawal of 800 eur on March 8th. My account was verified already as I have opened it in 2018. Three days after the withdrawal I wrote an email to support to inquire aboute the status of my withdrawal. They replied telling me that withdrawal takes about 3-5 business days. I did not receive anything so I decided to write another email on March 15th. After that I haven't heard from them back. I wrote one more email but still nothing. The status of my withdrawal is still showing as Withdrawal Request (I have attached the screenshot). It seems that they are ignoring me and not planning to pay out. I don't know how I can get in touch with them. They don't have live chat and there is no telephone number to contact them.

I made a withdrawal from this site on the 20th of december 2018. The withdrawal has still not reached me yet. I have been emailing with the support for more then two months now without any success. They have been promising me that it will be payed but nothing happens... they are just keeping on delaying it. This is the latest response from the support team:

I deposit 11.1-2019 20€(no bonus) and same day make withdaw 51€...13.1 i send e-mail and ask how long take come money,they answer same day and thanks my documents and withdraw is send paying department.This day,they dont answer my e-mail inquiry or webside messages.Sum of money is small,but winning is winnings.

Delayed Payment, Three Months and Counting

I deposited 1400 EUR over 1 week and managed to win 4000, I submitted KYC and informed all verified, so submitted withdrawal on 1st October of 3500 (500 left to play with). My withdrawal remains as request with the funds not accessible in the account, no withdrawal confirmed or withdrawal rejected. No bonus money or promotions taken when depositing, just real cash as this can hinder withdrawals should I want to withdraw. Emailed support to ask for update and they advise everything seems fine but they cannot process payment as this is handled by a separate company. I was advise to email [email protected] and have done so including [email protected] although to no avail, now going on 3 months. If there is an issue with my withdrawal (not that I can see any issue) then atleast tell me. Communication is not hard.
