My money just disappeared


I was playing babecasinos welcome package bonus for two days and had more than 1400 euro when suddently a notice came up that said if you continue to play it will be with your own money, meaning that the wagering of the bonus was done
When i closed down the game i only had 391 euros left in my account.
I directly contacted their livesupport who didnt have a clue of what just happened so they gave me an e-mail adress to their manager,
who i sent an e-mail regarding what just happend to my funds.
The first mail i sent was on februarin 16th and did not get any answer so i sent one more the day after on 17th of february.
i got an answer back on 18th telling me to verify my account which i have done and that the team will bring up my case with the gameprovider.
last time i heard from babecasino was on february 22th where they wrote: Hi Jimmy

Confirming reception of documents, thank you.

Passing on to team, yes we know your case no worries, our and Game providers team will work on it together to figure out.

We will inform you the outcome
