I made a withdrawal of PKR 35000 on 29.03.2025 and a withdrawal of PKR 28000 on 01.04.2025
Both withdrawals were made in my gaming account, but the payment was not received in my bank account.
I contacted to customer support team of Mostbet, and they gave me fake transaction numbers. When i call the bank and request to check these transaction numbers, and bank says no such transactions received in your bank.
I request you to please check this issue and solve it, and make a check and balance on your cashier agents.
