The casino's system claims that a payout of 700 PLN was processed on 17.06.2026 at 11:55. However, this money never arrived at my bank account, and the casino arbitrarily altered the initial transaction amount from 750 PLN to 700 PLN without my consent.
I have already provided the casino's support with an official, digitally signed banking certificate (PDF) from my bank, PKO Bank Polski, generated in accordance with Article 7 of the Polish Banking Act. This official accounting document clearly proves that NO deposit or transfer of 700 PLN or 750 PLN was received on 17.06.2026, or any date after.
The transaction was clearly rejected or frozen by their payment gateway. The casino's live chat support completely ignores the official banking evidence and refuses to escalate the case to a senior financial officer.
I request Mostbet Casino to trace this transaction using the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or immediately return the full amount of 750 PLN to my player balance.

I am filing an official complaint against Mostbet regarding a missing withdrawal of 750 PLN. The payment was requested via BLIK on June 3, 2026, at 12:09:30. The casino's financial system and customer support are providing completely contradictory data, proving severe internal errors or fraudulent bookkeeping.
Evidence of system discrepancies (Screenshots Attached):
1. Official Transaction History: The user account clearly displays a "PAID" status for the amount of 750 PLN, registered on June 3, 2026, at 12:09:30 (Transaction ID: 48533622412).
2. Contradictory Support Logs: Today, the casino's live chat support ("Piotr") and official Telegram bot stated that the withdrawal was approved on June 17, 2026, at 11:55, but for an altered amount of 700 PLN. The casino failed to explain why 50 PLN disappeared from the original transaction value and why there is a 14-day delay in their official logs.
3. Bank Verification: We have provided an official PKO Bank Polski document (PDF format) for the registered recipient account (Ewelina Matyl). The BLIK phone number used for this transaction is permanently linked to this specific bank account, which has successfully processed all previous casino payouts. The document covers incoming transactions through June 21, 2026, and clearly confirms that no funds (neither 750 PLN nor 700 PLN) from Mostbet or their payment processor ever reached the bank account around the alleged June 17 payout date.
The casino is intentionally stalling the process by demanding repetitive verifications while their own internal accounting is completely broken. I request the AskGamblers mediation team to force Mostbet to trace this transaction with their BLIK gateway provider and credit the missing 750 PLN back to the player immediately.

We will also need a screenshot of the withdrawal from your personal account and a bank statement from the day of withdrawal to today in PDF format.
