I am filing this complaint against Mostbet because my account has been frozen. I have complied with all their requests for KYC verification by submitting all the required documents. After several emails and follow-ups, they finally confirmed that they have verified the data I provided.
However, Mostbet has now informed me that Skype video call to confirm my identity will take action in a month. This is an unreasonably long time to wait.

I now consider the case fully resolved, as I was able to successfully withdraw all my funds. A huge thanks to the AskGamblers team without your help, I doubt I would have ever seen that $927 again. Thank you for standing up for the little guys and helping us through these tough situations.

I have received the 2,000 MAD after a delay of 10 hours. I will continue to monitor the situation and keep this discussion updated. I will consider the case fully resolved once I successfully withdraw the remaining balance from my account.

Today, my account was unfrozen, but when I attempted to withdraw 2,000 MAD from my 9,015 MAD balance, the funds were not received in my bank account. I have a video recording of the entire process showing both my bank account and my Mostbet account simultaneously. This is the second withdrawal from this account; the first withdrawal before my account was frozen was processed instantly, but this time Mostbet is making it difficult to withdraw, which is very unprofessional.
I am requesting that Mostbet return my 2,000 MAD to my balance and allow me to withdraw my funds without further issues. In the video evidence provided, you can clearly see the following:
01:19 - My withdrawal request was being reviewed.
09:04 - Withdrawal status updated to "Processing."
14:44 - Withdrawal status updated to "Payment successfully made."
For the next 13 minutes, I am constantly checking my bank account, but I did not receive the 2000MAD.
I kindly ask the AskGamblers team to help resolve this issue and ensure that I receive my funds.
