I made a withdrawal on my debit card Visa, in the amount of 120 PLN, on 26.10.2023, 9 pm and till today I don't have it on my account. In fact, support from Mostbet Casino cooperated with me in this case well, but nothing changed as well.
Now, what to do? I don't want to say anything bad without resolving my case, and I hope we will find the reason why this payment has not been on my account.

If the bank/payment system cannot find funds using this code, the client must provide a screenshot of the official response of the bank/payment system based on the results of checking the code and a bank statement (statement of operations from the payment system) from the date of withdrawal of funds to today in PDF format."
