Despite receiving notification that the funds have been disbursed, the specified amount has yet to be credited to my account. To address this issue, I have already contacted the live support team and promptly provided them with the requested bank account statement via email.
I kindly request your assistance in expediting the resolution of this matter, as I am deeply concerned about the potential loss of my funds.

(no reply via live chat, or via email, they are being unresponsive, already asked the bank and they said no money received and I should contact with the merchant!)
