Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I need help with withdrawal 50,000 PLN from Mostbet casino.
Timeline:
1. 06.04.2024 - KYC fully approved in Mostbet. I have screenshot "KYC Approved".
2. Now - I requested withdrawal 50,000 PLN. Mostbet blocked it and demanded new KYC.
3. Mostbet admitted in email 02:34 they use "selective KYC" - they ask for verification only for large withdrawals. This is against their Terms.
Evidence attached:
1. KYC_Approved_6.04.2024.png - proof KYC was accepted 2 months ago
2. Bank_statement_600EUR.png - proof I deposited 600€
3. Balance_1300EUR.png - proof my account balance was 1300€
4. Mostbet_email_02_34.png - proof they use "selective KYC"
I already contacted AskGamblers support ticket #279222 but support team closed it. They said I must submit complaint through this form.
Request: Please force Mostbet to pay 50,000 PLN immediately. KYC was approved 6.04.2024 and must be valid for all withdrawals.
