I sent all the requested documents, including additional photos.
My account got freeze on 6th April 2025, my account have 95,000INR and i had few bets pending which i won but didnt got settled.. so in total i have around 200.000 INR with Mostbet and they freeze my account within one day or creating account which i created on 5th April 2025 and made 2 deposits one of 49,000 INR and other of 25,000 INR, so the total deposit made was 74,000 INR.
I want my money back. I even made the Skype video call, where the agent clearly told me my account would be reactivated the next day. Result? Still nothing. I'm waiting, and waiting. It's unacceptable. Why does a process that's supposed to be quick take so long? This isn't normal.
We're talking about accessing an account containing real money, and yet we can't play, make withdrawals, or even get a clear answer. It's frustrating, and above all, very disappointing coming from such a popular site.
I found the app well-designed and pleasant to use, but this is far from serious, digital customer service. No responsiveness, no transparency.

UPDATE: Still nothing, just automated messages with no real progress. My account remains completely blocked. In your rules, you specify processing "as soon as possible," not a complete 60-day freeze without justification. Other bookmakers have clear procedures; here, it just seems like a way to freeze accounts for no reason.
