I have had my account frozen for over a month, I completed all the steps for verification but we agreed to make a call on skype on 09/12/2024 at 10:00 GMT -5 and I have not received any call from the mostbet team, my account is still frozen and I have more than $300 that I have been wanting to withdraw for a long time.
When I write to Gmail live support they still don't answer me, and when I write to live support on the website they simply say they can't help me.
