Mostbet is not sending phone number verification

I have fully complied with all verification procedures and provided all requested identity documents several weeks ago. Despite my continuous efforts to resolve this issue, Mostbet's support team has either completely ignored my emails or responded with generic, automated template messages. Furthermore, for days now, their live chat support has refused to provide any real information or updates, effectively leaving my messages unanswered and completely ignoring my inquiries.

Currently, I have a balance of 44,388 HUF remaining in my account. I urgently require access to my funds, and holding them for several weeks without valid reasoning or proper communication is completely unreasonable.

I am attaching all relevant screenshots and evidence to this complaint, including proof of my blocked account status and recent live chat interactions showing their refusal to respond or provide substantive assistance.

I kindly request your assistance in mediating this issue with Mostbet to expedite the verification process and unblock my account so I can access my funds.

On July 1, 2026, at 22:24, I made a deposit of 1000 PLN via the BLIK payment method to MostBet Casino. The payment was successfully processed by my bank (Official Receipt No. 1118670644), but the funds were never credited to my casino account.

For almost a month, support has been delaying the resolution using automated templates. They even admitted in chat that their payment gateway assigned identical P2P details (< full name removed >) to multiple users simultaneously. Furthermore, support refuses to provide an internal ticket ID.

I demand either an immediate credit of 1000 PLN to my account or a full refund.

The balance on the account is exactly 340,287.51 CZK. I have provided all requested documents - ID, selfie with ID, proof of address, proof of payment method. Support confirmed they don't need anything else.

Since then, I have only received automatic replies that verification can take 60 days according to paragraph 4.1, and I should wait.

This is not a complex fraud case; I played normally, and I want my winnings to be verified and withdrawn. 60 days is the maximum time, not standard time.

I request immediate completion of verification and release of my funds in the amount of 340,287.51 CZK.

Hello. I made a deposit of 10000 pkr with payment method easypaisa auto on 17 july 2026- 10: 36 am [pakistan time]. All the time that passed, I mean that 80 hours, when I was asked the agent to resolve my issue, they just had one excuse: your complaint is already forwarded to financial team, but there has been no positive response. I asked them to give me some reference number for my complaint and they said we are not allowed to share reference number with customers. I am submitting this complaint regarding two outstanding withdrawal transactions:

- 399 EGP

- 555 EGP

These withdrawals belong to the same period as my previous issue from mid-May 2026, during which a large number of my withdrawals failed to reach my wallet.

The main part of that dispute was previously resolved through AskGamblers, where Mostbet's Financial Department eventually returned 17,345 EGP after reviewing all submitted evidence.

However, these two withdrawals were not included in that previous complaint and therefore had to be reported separately.

Mostbet requested documentation again, and I fully complied by providing:

- Complete PDF account statements.

- A clear video proving that the withdrawals never reached my wallet.

Customer Support confirmed that all documents had been forwarded to the Financial Department. Since then, no additional documents have been requested.

Despite having a complete file, both requests remain "under review" without any final decision or explanation for the prolonged delay. Customer Support repeatedly provides the same generic response that the Financial Department is still reviewing the case.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers investigate these two remaining withdrawals as a continuation of the previously resolved issue and to ask Mostbet to issue a final decision without further unnecessary delay.
