I registered a Mostbet account at the end of October, and after a month, I tried to withdraw funds, but it failed.
They said I needed to link my phone number, but I've never received the verification code on my Chinese phone number. So, I contacted them through email. Shortly after, I discovered that my account had been blocked.
They asked me to provide KYC verification documents, and I sent them all my information. I also scheduled a Skype video call for December 22nd, but I didn't receive their video call. After multiple inquiries, they rescheduled it for the evening of January 2nd, but once again, I didn't receive their Skype video call.
They've been avoiding my questions repeatedly, and I'm feeling extremely frustrated and desperate now.
