My account (account ID: 241634608 ) with the balance $312 was freeze for no reason, I was asked to send in my ID, selfie with ID, and payment receipt in which I’ve sent all these and they verified me with email that it’s fine and then I was scheduled for telegram video verification on 05.06.2025 13:30 GMT+1 and they failed to call, I email them again on the issue in which they acknowledged they wrong and reschedule me for another day which is 09.06.2025 10:05 GMT+1 still they failed to call I email them again and they rescheduled me again to 10.06.2025 in which they did as usual and refused to call again, this is the third time and they disappointed again.
After writing some reviews on Trustpilot They finally called me on video verification yesterday but now am unable to login in to my account trying to reset password is not working too
Their excuse is that they a malfunctions for the video verification so why did they block my access to my account after the video verification
