I am submitting this complaint regarding my account at Mostbet (Account ID: 275907288), which was frozen immediately after I submitted a withdrawal request for my balance of 8,500 BDT.

Following their request for account verification, I provided all the required identification documents via email on September 25, 2026. However, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my verification since then. Furthermore, when I contact Mostbet's customer service, they fail to provide any specific information or clear updates regarding my issue.

Holding my funds of 8,500 BDT and keeping my account frozen without clear communication or timely processing of standard verification documents is completely unreasonable.
