I made a deposit on the MostBet Casino website using the Ripple cryptocurrency. Everything in accordance with the guidelines available on the deposit page. The payment wallet recorded my transfer being credited to the ripple wallet designated by Mostbet. However, after entering the casino website, my funds were not there. So I wrote on live chat - I received a reply that the funds should be credited within two hours. After this time, my deposit was still not there. I wrote to the casino staff again, providing all the details, i.e. the time, the wallet address from which they were sent, the address to which the funds were sent, the time zone, the player's ID and the transaction confirmation on the blockchain to make it easier for the staff to find my transactions. Finally, I wrote to the support several times in the chat and by e-mail, and until now I have not received my deposit into the player's account, although over 100 hours have passed.
