I have also contacted support team but they told that the parent has been approved from finance account but I still didn't received it in my Mostbet account. Depositing with this payment method is technically arranged in such a way that the player receives a unique transaction code, and with this unique code the player creates a deposit request from his personal account. The deposit amount goes to the account from which the deposit request was made. There is no technical error on our part.
In this case we can see that a deposit request was attempted from the 139466619 account, but the client specified an incorrect transaction number, so the request was rejected.
At the same time, a request with the correct transaction number was made from 146792899 account, so the deposit was received on this account.

I have only one account having gaming I'd 139466619 with which my mobile number +<removed> and email <email address removed> is linked. I have made deposit request from this account and it is your fault that you have sent the balance to other account. I don't know what you are talking about that I have another account.
