I am a new client at Mostbet Casino, wanted to make my first withdrawal but whenever I tried to make a withdrawal it was declined, without any explanation message as to why it was cancelled. I used a crypto deposit method so only tried withdrawing via crypto, tried 2 different cryptocurrencies. No matter what I tried, still, the withdrawal was canceled.
Of course, I tried to contact live support but after doing so multiple times I just kept running in the support loop, where Telegram support would advise me to email support, emailed support would advise me to contact live support, and live support would advise me to email support. I feel like I have been patient enough, albeit it has all happened only today, but I have exhausted my options as a customer on their site since I just keep being sent from one place to another, so wanted to exercise my option to make a complaint here.

Yes, I can confirm I was able to make my withdrawals, but still without a clear answer as to why they were denied in the first place or why was I able to only withdraw seemingly 100 euros at a time and had to use different cryptocurrencies.
As to where the withdrawal itself is no longer an issue, I am still unsure what the issue is that I was facing and perhaps may face again.
