I am writing to you because I have encountered a serious issue with Mostbet Casino's service that requires immediate attention. Recently, I won a total of €96,261.91 at your casino. Of this amount, €16,329.91 has been successfully paid out. However, I am unable to withdraw the remaining €78,008 because your system does not accept my address card and does not allow me to update it. I have repeatedly contacted customer support but have not received a satisfactory solution to my problem. I have repeatedly sent my address card to Mostbet Casino, but it is still not accepted.

Thank you for your response and information. However, I would like to inform you that my issue has not been fully resolved. Although the KYC process was supposedly completed successfully, your system still has not been updated with the correct information. As a result, I am still unable to withdraw the remaining funds.
