I've been trying this for days and I can't process my withdrawal because I'm not receiving the sms verification code. I already asked for support contact via live chat and e-mail and nothing happens. The problem is that I am unable to withdraw because verification is required. I'm attaching the screenshots.
They keep saying on live chat that contact via e-mail but as you can see no replies there as well.
