Money still not paid even after multiple follow ups


hi

My username is ICR85286932 and been Indio's customer from last 8 years now. They usually delay the payouts but this time, they aren't responding at all. All they say is "we have escalated your issue and our finance team is looking into it." I made a withdrawal on 9th April of amount INR 9398 and still no response from them on date I can receive my withdrawal. Please help me in getting the response from them.
