I deposited via skrill. The money was taken from my skrill account but not booked on Thrills. The customer chat treats me like a cheater saying i tried it some times before and it was not working. (half a year and 2 years ago). I did not claim that money these times because it was not booked. This time it was booked i even have the transaction-ID but they seem to be unable to solve the problem. And they are unfriedny as hell.
