MIllioner Casino - Is not paying withdrawals

Hey, I am submitting this complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from Millioner Casino.

I deposited €189.95 using USDC cryptocurrency and played The Dog House. After playing, my total winnings/balance reached €5,253.45.

I made my first withdrawal request of €500 on September 1, 2026. It has now been 18 days, and I still have not received the withdrawal.

I currently have three withdrawal requests pending. The reason there are only three pending withdrawals is that Millioner Casino does not allow more than three withdrawal requests to be pending at the same time. Therefore, I am unable to request withdrawals for the rest of my balance until the casino processes the existing ones.

I have contacted the casino’s live chat several times to ask about my withdrawals. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic response and no concrete information about when my withdrawals will actually be processed or paid.

I have waited patiently and provided the casino with enough time to process the withdrawals. However, I believe that waiting 18 days for even the first €500 withdrawal without receiving a clear explanation or payment date is unreasonable.

I am filing a complaint against Millioner Casino regarding a technical issue that occurred on June 9th, 2026, at 22:53:17 (Transaction ID: 419077422808).

During a session on "Roulette Super Stake", I placed a straight-up bet on number 24. The number 24 came out with a 200x multiplier. Instead of receiving the correct payout of €40.00, the system only credited a standard payout of €6.00, completely ignoring the multiplier.

I contacted customer support multiple times over the last 10 days. Agents on the live chat kept telling me to wait, but my account balance has still not been adjusted. I have provided all the screenshots proving the bet, the winning number with the 200x multiplier, and the casino history log showing the wrong payout.

I am asking for the casino to credit the remaining €34.00 to my account. Thank you for your help.

Four days ago (Screenshot_20260623_225401_Gmail.jpg): After a live chat agent explicitly told me I would "soon receive my winnings" but nothing changed, I sent a formal warning email to their support.

My latest email (Screenshot_20260623_225354_Gmail.jpg): I notified them one last time that I was taking this matter to AskGamblers, as they have been stalling for 2 weeks despite clear visual evidence of the bug.

Live Chat Exchange (Screenshot_20260623_230802_Chrome.jpg): Agent Evelyn refused to handle the issue on live chat and tried to push me back to email support again, even though I have already sent multiple unanswered emails.

The casino is completely avoiding their responsibility.

First months or year all was good and when I started to trust them, they started to lie.

They lie, lie, lie and lie!!! I was supposed to get my money out in 24 hours because VIP.

Now it has been almost 3 days.

When I kept asking about my money, they shut down my chat with customer service.

I trusted what they promised and many things went wrong when they started to cheat.

Earlier, customer service just kept telling me lies. "We are hurrying", "it is almost there", "sorry we didnt notice the VIP privilege,", "now we will pay". "Sorry, I am sure it is coming soon", etc

"I am resubmitting my complaint against Millioner Casino. I have been waiting for my 7,000 EUR withdrawal since December 26, 2025.

IMPORTANT: I have all the necessary evidence, including clear screenshots of my Jackpot win (€7,647.84), all contradictory emails from the support team, and my official bank documents. However, due to a technical bug on the AskGamblers website, I am unable to attach these files to this form right now. Please contact me by email so I can send all the proof (Jackpot + emails) directly to your team.

Summary of the case:

Jackpot Evidence: I have the screenshot of the winning spin and the final balance.

Active Balance Confirmed: On April 6, agent 'Kopp' explicitly confirmed in an email that my balance was 'active'.

Support Contradiction: On April 27, agent 'Suertes' offered to reopen my account. But on April 28, agent 'Alisa' claimed the account was 'permanently closed'. This is a clear stalling tactic.

Security Issue: Agent 'Meky' demanded unmasked photos of my credit cards (Full numbers and CVV). I refused for security and provided a bank certificate instead.

Receipt Confirmed: On April 29, agent 'Kopp' confirmed that all my verification documents were successfully received.

I request that AskGamblers intervene so I can finally receive my 7,000 EUR balance. I am ready to provide the Jackpot proof and all other documents as soon as I receive your confirmation email.

I am submitting this complaint due to ongoing withdrawal delays at Millioner Casino and the lack of a clear response from their chat support team.

The play experience was good, a large variety of slots and live games, and I was still enjoying the play up until yesterday night, I realized maybe I should stop until I receive my initial withdrawals!!

What is concerning is that on the casino’s “About Us” page, Millioner Casino explicitly promotes fast payments and responsive, qualified customer service, and my experience so far is the opposite.

On January 3rd, I requested a withdrawal of €200, and before submitting my request, I wanted to complete the verification. The verification page stated, quoting, “It looks like your account does not require verification. Enjoy our games!” . As of today, 6 days have passed, which equals 5 working days, including today, and this withdrawal is still pending with no clear explanation.

Additionally, on January 7th, I requested another withdrawal of €500, which is also currently pending.

At the moment, I still have a remaining balance of €2,000 in my casino account. Due to the delays already experienced, I contacted Millioner Casino via email yesterday to request:

• An update on the status of both pending withdrawals

• Guidance on the best withdrawal method and structure to avoid further delays with the remaining balance.

I have not received any response to my email so far.

There is no clear information provided by chat agents regarding processing times, and the lack of communication is concerning. According to the live chat agents, it is best to contact the finance department by email, and the email provided to me was [email protected].

I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this matter and ensure that my withdrawals are processed or that I receive a clear and justified explanation for the delays.
